St. Luke’s Medical Lab - April 12, 2024

High School students from AP Biology, AP Studio Art, and Anatomy & Physiology classes had the opportunity to participate in a medical dissection lab with doctors from St. Luke’s University Orthopedics and Arthrex, a medical equipment supplier who provides training to physicians on their devices.  Students were able to hear from doctors in a lecture setting, practice video guided arthroscopic procedures on a realistic model, and observe doctors perform a dissection of a human cadaver knee, simulating how to repair ACL and MCL injuries.  Thank you to St. Luke’s and Arthrex for bringing this hands-on experience to our students!
