Mindfulness Minute:Day 6-10

This week think about nutrition and your happiness.

  • Don't skip meals
  • Keep a food journal
  • Drink more water
  • Buy yourself a new water bottle
    • Try it with a straw
  • Use rubber bands around your water bottle to keep track
  • Consider designating a different bottle for different times of the day
  • Add fruit, vegetables, or herbs to your water, especially if you don't like plain water
  • Track your water intake with an app
