Mindfulness Minute:Day 6-10
This week think about nutrition and your happiness.
- Don't skip meals
- Keep a food journal
- Drink more water
- Buy yourself a new water bottle
- Try it with a straw
- Use rubber bands around your water bottle to keep track
- Consider designating a different bottle for different times of the day
- Add fruit, vegetables, or herbs to your water, especially if you don't like plain water
- Track your water intake with an app
