Mindfulness Minute: Days 21-25

It can be so beneficial to unplug for a bit.

  • Monday:Record how many times you pick up your phone (or any device) today or find your digital wellbeing tracker your phone has built into it
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: On purpose, choose fifteen minutes in your day to completely unplug and take notice when you start to feel twitchy
  • Thursday and Friday: Now that you can handle fifteen minutes, go for thirty minutes. Or push it to the limits and see how long you can go; don't forget to be mindful of how it makes you feel.
