Mindfulness Minute: Days 26-30

This week, choose and idea and use it everyday...or mix it up.

  • Clean up for others: Pick up litter, help a friend or neighbor..you name it!
  • Communicate: Do a positive phone call home to a student's parent or check in with a new co-worker; or just communicate nonverbally by smiling or making eye contact with everyone you see.
  • Share Positivity: Post a sticky note somewhere with positivity on it.
  • Give what you can: Give a colleague or student a good book or article. Maybe you can give a stranger or stuent a sincere compliment.
  • Reward someone: Spring for someone else's coffee, or some extra change in the vending machine. If you like to bake, share some treats with colleagues.
