Mindfulness Minute: Days 31-35

In order to save time, space in your closet, money, and having less decisions to make, consider having fewer items in your closet and that they all nearly go with every other item in your closet.

This week, try the following:

Wear it again: Once you have an outfit you feel good about, wear it again later this week. Did anyone notice? How does it make you feel?

Clean your closet: Spend 30 minutes cleaning out your closet each day to get rid of anything that might not fit or you have not worn in six months.

Get inspired: Pay attention to what others are wearing to gain ideas. What colors and styles do you get drawn to?
