Announcement of Temporary Position - Grant Funded K-12 School Social Worker
The Nazareth Area School District is pleased to announce the opening of a temporary grant-funded K-12 School Social Worker. This position is for the 2022-2023 school year.
A Pennsylvania PK-12 School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate is required. Applicants must additionally be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
The salary will be in accordance with the current salary schedule. Applicants must submit a Pennsylvania Standard Teaching Application, letter of interest, resume, copy of PA teaching certificate, college transcripts, three letters of recommendation/reference, and the following forms current within one year: Act 34 (PA Criminal History) and Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History) clearances, FBI check, and Act 82 form to Human Resources, One Education Plaza, Nazareth, PA 18064. Additional paperwork will be required prior to/upon hire, including but not limited to PA School Health Record with TB test, Act 168 for current and previous employers, and I-9.
