Parents/Guardians:
Each holiday season the Nazareth Middle School counseling office sponsors the Giving Tree Program to assist families during the holiday season.
If you would like to participate in purchasing an item(s) to donate, please use the Sign-up Genius link below. This will take you to a page with the list of requested items needed and the directions to follow. (Please check periodically, as items will continue to be added to the list).
There will also be a Christmas tree located in the Courtyard entrance during Middle School Conferences. When you select an ornament (tag) from the tree, there will be a QR code that will take you to the same Sign-up Genius, where you may select an item/items to purchase. Please follow the instructions when selecting your items.
All gifts should be returned to the middle school with the item number attached, wrapped or unwrapped, no later than December 9th.
