    5th Grade Students- Tech Operators

Fifth grade students will be a part of the news for 4 days during the year. At that time, they will run a piece of the technology used in creating a live broadcast.  Equipment they may use are: High Definition Video Cameras,  Green Screen Technology, Video Mixer, Sound System and Microphones, and a Telepromptor.

    6th Grade Students- Producers

Sixth grade students are recommended, interviewed and auditioned to pick the 12 best student leaders that have an interest in the production and script writing component of a news show. They spend two days writing with a peer group of 6th graders and then two days recording them working with the 5th graders on tech.  They also anchor anytime another student chooses not to go on the live show.

They are the anchors of our show. We have had news show producers since 1992 at Bushkill Elementary School.
