Degrees and Certifications:
I began my teaching career in 2008 as an 8th-grade English teacher at Bangor Area Middle School, where I dedicated ten years to fostering a love of literature and learning in the same middle school I attended as a teenager. After a decade in the classroom, I took on a leadership role as Dean of Students at Washington Elementary School, followed by the position of Assistant Principal at Bangor Area High School. In the 2021-2022 school year, I joined Nazareth Area High School as Assistant Principal and, in 2024, transitioned to Nazareth Area Middle School in the same role. Beyond my administrative responsibilities, I have enjoyed a fulfilling coaching career, working with middle school and high school soccer teams, including boys' and girls' middle school soccer, JV girls' soccer, Varsity girls' soccer, and Varsity boys' soccer. Although I no longer coach at the scholastic level, I remain deeply involved in youth soccer, coaching my own children in the Nazareth Soccer Program.
