    Q: How do I record a greeting for my phone?
    A: 1) Enter the password for your voicemail box.
        2) Press 0 to get to the main menu.
        3) Press G, or 4, to go to the Greetings menu.
        4) Press R, or 7, to record a a new greeting.
        5) After that, the voicemail system will prompt you on what actions to take.
        6) Hang up when completed.

      
    Q: How do setup a conference call?
    A: 1) Press the CONF key when ready to begin. DO NOT PRESS HOLD
        2) Make the call to the person you want to join in on the conference.
        3) Press CONF twice to join all together.
     

    Q: How do I record a new name for my phone?
    A: 1) Enter the password for your voicemail box.
        2) Press 0 to get to the main menu.
        3) Press R then N, or 7 then 6, to get to the Record Mailbox Name option.
        4) Press R, or 7, to record a new name.
        5) Follow the instructions and hang up the phone when complete.

    Q: How do I get into my voicemail from another phone?
    A: 1) Pickup handset and press *8.
        2) When you hear "Please enter your security code" press *.
        3) Enter your extension number.
        4) Enter your security code.

    Q: My MW light is flashing on my phone. What do I do?
    A: This is a message waiting box you might have hit by accident. To clear it hit speaker, 3873, speaker.

    Q: I'm stuck in headset mode, how do I get out of it?
    A: You can hit speaker, 3834, then speaker.

    Q: How do I switch the phone from auto speaker to ring?
    A: Pickup headset dial 3823 and hang up.

    Q: How do I switch the phone from ring to auto speaker?
    A: Pickup headset dial 3821 and hang up.

    Q: How do I cancel DND (do not disturb)?
    A: Hit speaker, *0, then DND

    Q: How do I remove "camp on" light on display?
    A: Hit speaker, 3870, speaker.
    Note: Camp-on will dial the person you were calling after they hangup

    Q: How do I setup call forwarding?
    A: To activate

    	1) speaker + *2
    2) 3+(ext)
    3) 2 = all calls
    3 = outside calls
    4 = Intercom calls only
    4) speaker (hang up)

    To clear
    1) speaker + *2
    2) 0
    3) speaker (hang up)
